Push-ups
A rep counts only when your elbows go below 90° and come back above 150°. Kneeling is detected and doesn't count.
Train push-ups →Your phone's camera counts your push-ups and sit-ups. GPS clocks your 2.4 km laps. It all runs in your browser: no app to install, no account.
PES is strict on purpose: a rep counts only through the full range of motion, so a half rep at home doesn't flatter you.

Train push-ups →Tracks your torso angle from a side view, from lying flat to fully up, so partial reps are ignored.
Train sit-ups →Counts laps on a track with GPS, calls out your time after each lap, and flags any lap hit by a GPS gap instead of passing it off as real.
Track a run →A 5-second countdown, voice cues and live rep callouts, then an estimated pass/fail for your age band. Counts are a training estimate, not an official result.
